Client Relationship Manager (Ubud)

One of Bali’s leading villa construction companies are offering investors across the world various models of turnkey villas or customised villa projects. Each client is met with a very personal approach, starting from the conception to the handover of keys. This is an investment project where the investor can create their own slice of paradise.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, your role will be to fully support the sales & administration teams and ensure consistency, and constant communication throughout the delivery process per project, per client. 

For this position you will have to be able to cross-check the field data and the progress of each site by providing a logical analysis.

Profile:

• 3 years preferably in the same field 
• University degree or equivalent
• Rigor, organization, versatility, team spirit, and strong interpersonal skills
• Customer & service oriented, good on the phone
• Local or expat candidate will be considered

REQUIREMENTS:

• Administrative support to the Commercial Director
• Composing letters to investors
• Telephone communication
• Follow-up of organisational tables
• Site monitoring
• Master office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Spoken and written English and French
