Are you a highly- driven and well connected individual with a solid experience in Sales, PR and Business Development? One of our clients, a unique and luxury boutique hotel, is searching for a smart, charismatic Assistant Director of Sales to join the team immediately.

The ideal candidate must be able to build good relationships with high level customers and create key brand partnerships, identifying aligned sales opportunities, enhancing the brand, driving awareness and business at all times. 


Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Minimum two years of experience in sales or PR for luxury brands or a similar position. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique resort or luxury hotel setting.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English to communicate effectively with an array of high networth clients and networks / luxury travel agencies and partners, retreat organizers, lifestyle, wellness and CSR groups.
  • A target and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, Email, and Zoom to streamline your sales process. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in revenue management principles and sales analytics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute effective Sales and PR strategies to enhance the brand and market positioning, drive awareness and achieve revenue targets via key business partnership opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with key media and influencers, including organizing collaboration events, retreats, workshops and seminars at the property.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to secure bookings and partnerships.
  • Create and monitor detailed sales plans and budgets.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build connections and promote the brand.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients/partners, emphasizing the hotel’s unique positioning and standing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
