Are you a driven individual with solid experience in account management including financial & HR Management? A Singapore-based investment firm specializing in sustainable environmental solutions is searching for an Accounts Executive to join their team immediately to assist in the timely production of management & financial accounts.  

The ideal candidate must be familiar with Indonesian statutory HR, Tax and Accounting standards and procedures. 

Requirement :

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Knowledge of Account Management including financial & HR Management
  • Outstanding knowledge computer literate  
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the timely production of management & financial accounts 
  • Daily monitoring the financial aspect of company’s operations & projects in Indonesia 
  • Familiar with Indonesian statutory HR, Tax and Accounting standards and procedures   
  • Liaising with Head Office & Local accountants in any issue relating to HR, Tax Accounting 
  • Handling petty cash and banking matters 
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and customers, review receivable & payables thru AR & AP Listing. questions the need arises and monitor if we are on the right to meet sales and profit projection
  • Familiar with all cost and prices
  • Generating daily & ad-hoc financial reports requested by Head Office
  • Attending to ad-hoc queries via email and phone
  • Follow up on any outstanding issues
  • Attending audit & tax queries
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for all records in the HR & Accounts Department 
  • Handling administration and clerical duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the company
  • Assign any other ad hoc duties
